Factory principles
The goal is not maximum autonomy. It is reliable progress with the right amount of autonomy at each stage.
One supported golden path reduces decisions, makes builds repeatable, and gives the agent fewer ways to get lost.
Plans, status changes, logs, artifacts, and previews belong to the run—not to an opaque chat transcript.
Automation can plan, build, and verify. Repository writes and production promotion remain explicit decisions.
Straight answers
Not end to end yet. The production control plane is live: you can sign in, create a factory project, save its brief, and queue a run. The isolated OpenCode execution layer and automated previews are under active development.
A narrow stack makes generated systems easier to test, secure, operate, and improve. The first golden path is Next.js, Tailwind, Convex, GitHub, and Cloudflare delivery.
The public site and control plane stay lightweight. We are designing the compute-heavy build plane around isolated, short-lived AWS workloads so each AI coding run has clear resource and security boundaries.
